To think this happened in Sioux Falls! I suspect that this Globetrotter is going to find out the hard way that sucker punching people doesn't fly in this neck of the woods.
(According to local law enforcement sources, the accused is claiming that the victim hurled racial slurs at him provoking the attack; we'll see).
