I will have to try Outback out next time in Sioux Fall. My wife and I were surprised when Applebee’s gave me 40 cents off my dinner for bring me a hamburger with everything on it. I told the waitress three times I wanted only the hamburger and the bun, but they must have thought I needed mustard, ketchup, and everything else under the sun anyway.
Outback sounds like they take costumer satisfaction seriously.
